Victim was standing between the lube truck & Bobcat (skid steer) and another employee got in the lube truck to move it. Victim thought he was going to pull straight ahead, instead he turned sharp left, and caught victim's left leg by the bumper of lube truck & knocked him in the side of the Bobcat.

HE STATED THAT THE A-FRAME BELT WAS CURLED UP UNDER THE CHUTE. HE HAD CO-WORKER TURN BELT ON/OFF TO SEE IF IT WOULD UNCURL, WHILE DOING SO, ROCKS START FLYING. HE THREW HIS HANDS UP TO COVER F ACE. HIS GLOVE ON RIGHT HAND HIT BELT CLAMP AND CAUGHT HIS HAND.
