Showing all 3Employee was in the passenger seat training a new driver. They backed-up to a loader and was in position for the loader to dump his bucket. This employee leaned over to check the position and the loader dumped his bucket and caused the employee to strain his neck.
Employee stated that her neck was strained when the first load of ore was dumped on her truck. Employee stated she was looking to her extreme left when allegedly injured. Employee worked the rest of the shift and did not go to see the doctor till later in the day (2/21/06). Modified duty commenced on 2/24/2006
