Showing all 7Employee was operating a Lo-Trac (Light Duty Forklift) on the #1 section. As the employee was tramming the Lo-Trac, his right arm was caught between the mine roof and the frame of the equipment.
Employee's right hand was caught between a set timer and the shuttle car frame as he was traming the shuttle car to the miner with his right hand located on the outside frame of the operator compartment. (Fracture and laceration requiring 5 sutures to right hand little finger.)
