Showing all 7EE was tramming a golf cart beside of #6 belt line while changing belt rollers. He drove through a low spot on the belt line and he and passenger tried to get lower in seat. EE's SCSR hung on timber and pulled his leg off of ride, leg struck timber and fractured femur.
EE helping to hang cables in front of feeder. After cables were hung, feeder was started and ram car operator told to dump. As car pulled forward, it hit EE in back as he was watching feeder run knocking him down onto coal pile.
Employee was operating a rib runner on the 3rd North Main when he ran into a parked 2-man diesel ride. The ride was parked against the rib, in a well lighted xcut, and also had reflective material on the back.
While operating a Ram Car, the batteries hit the roof causing one of the battery locks to break off and go into the canopy, hitting him in the mouth.
Employee was on the mantrip on the opposite operator's side in the midde seat with his foot on the middle rail. The mantrip came around #7 header on the supply road when his right foot was caught between the mantrip and rib.
While the green ram car was positioning to dump, EE started across in front of the feeder. The corner of the ram car bed caught his right foot pushing him toward the feeder area. The ram car operator started to dump, not knowing EE was in front of his ram car, when he heard him screaming. The operator backed off of EE's right leg, ankle and foot.
