Showing all 3During muddy conditions employees were driving through a left curve and proceeded straight at approximately 5 MPH. The vehicle slid sideways down into a small concrete wall. After they hit the wall, driver felt pain in her left elbow and pain in her back. Passenger had little neck pain. Vehicle damage was dent/scratch marks to driver side bed and gas tank cover broken off.
Employee stopped his 785 Cat End Dump at a stop sign. Another end dump that was following collided with the park End Dump. The employee in the stopped End Dump sustained neck strain. Employee was given prescription drug for pain.
