Haul truck experienced neck pain when getting loaded with ore. The injury was Tuesday but was first aid care. Employee went to the hospital on Wednesday and was given 2 days off work but ended up being Restricted work for two days of Thursday and Monday.

The first maintenance worker asked the driver of the truck to test the auger, the second maintenance worker had opened the auger inspection door and reached inside as the driver started the auger. An operator of a CAT 777D Haul Truck was parked to be loaded by a CAT 992G Loader. The first bucket of material contained a large rock. When the bucket was loaded into the haul truck, the large rock caused the truck to shake. This caused the haul truck operator to experience neck pain.
