While loading coal on the pile, the operator backed down ramp and turn too soon causing loader to lay over on its side. Employee refused treatment initially, but was taken for evaluation the next shift. Operator was diagnosed with a concussion and given medication.

The employee had EE's hands on the belts when other employee reset the breaker and the motor attempted to start. The employee at the motor hand was pulled between the belt and the sheave.
