Employee was greasing an excavator, after finishing greasing employee started to retract the grease line. In the process of retracting the line employee lost control of the line causing the grease gun handle to whiplash striking the employee's left wrist area.

As employee was spraying the head-pulley the pulley became in contact with the spray can, causing the can to get pulled in. In the process employee fractured right thumb.
