ON JUNE 18TH, THE EE WAS WORKING WITH ANOTHER EE TRYING TO PULL A 4" GUZZLER HOSE OUT OF A HOLE WHERE IT WAS STUCK. THEY WERE USING A BOBCAT WITH A ROPE TO PULL IT OUT. IT CAME OUT LIKE A STRETCHED RUBBER BAND & HIT THE EE IN THE BACK OF THE LEGS. IT KNOCKED HIM DOWN & KNOCKED THE WIND OUT OF HIM. HE LANDED ON HIS RT. SIDE & HAD SOME SCRAPES.
