The employee jumped from the belt and onto the catwalk. EE landed on hands and knees and sprained right wrist. Employee's first doctors visit was on 7/26/2016.
While loader operator was digging into muck pile to load haul trucks, the loader struck hard ground in the form of a high wall toe, jolting the loader and rocking the operator. The operator sustained a pulled muscle in his neck, shoulder, and right arm area.
