EMPLOYEE WAS BACKING UP AGRADE IN THE MUSTANG LOADER WHEN THE ENGINE DIED. THE LOADER ROLLED ON GRADE OVER A 4 1/2\ RETAINING WALL. THE BUCKET HIT THE GROUD STOPPING THE FALL. EMPLOYEE HIT HI HIS LEGS ON CONTROL HANDLE BRUISING THEM AND SPRAINING HIS LEFT KNEE.
