NORMAL CONDITIONS, EMPLOYEE HIT HIS LEFT ELBOW ON THE LEVER OF CRANE, SEVERAL DAYS LATER THERE WAS A FLUID BUILD UP ON THE ELBOW WHICH HAD TO E DRAINED.
