Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

While placing a pipe patch, a finger tip was smashed between a hammer handle and the pipe.

Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

The employee was injured while manning a safety line used to hold in a deck barge. The rope slipped from the kevel and caused employee's wrist to jerk, spraining the wrist.

Struck against stationary object

Hand slipped off a wrench while tightening a nut. Hand hit a bolt and cut right small finger. Received 6 stitches.

Fall from ladders

Ladder handle broke while climbing down. Landed on left leg and side. Fractured bone in left leg.

Doing maintenance on a Eagle Sand Screw. A peice of steel fell and hit my left foot and broke two bones.
