Ice/mud buildup on outside of dump trailer fell off while trailer was elevated. Employee was walking by side of trailer and the ice/mud struck him on the top of the head. Employee not wearing hard hat. Small laceration resulted (required 3 staples to close) along with closed head injury without loss of consciousness.
