Showing all 7Driving down to clean railroad tracks. On way back up to main road passing rail car hit frozen piled up material and hit head on plastic heater column. Seat belt held me down head and neck hit heater column.
Driving forklift into aisle 3, hit the brakes and slid into I beam. Then before hitting I beam, I put my hand out and it cut my middle finger.
