EE was working on C1 conveyor belt monitoring for debris when a large rock rolled down - he tried to stop it with his hand. EE did not report to anyone that day nor the next. On Monday, he mentioned it to foreman and was immediately sent to make report at office. EE told supervisor that he had played in a basketball tournament over weekend & wrist didn't hurt at that time.

EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO UNPLUG SILO. WHEN HE REACHED TO BRACE HIMSELF HE CUT FINGER ON FORKLIFT BOOM (REQUIRED 10 STITCHES).
