EMPLOYEE WAS TURNING WATER TRUCK AROUND ON HAUL ROAD, ENGINE DIED & TRUCK LOST ALL POWER. TRUCK WENT ON DOWN GRADE & HIT BERM CAUSING THE TRUCK TO ROLL OVER ON HAUL ROAD.

THE EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS IN HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE TRAVELING ON TEH ACCESS ROAD BY DRIVE HOUSE #1 WHEN A LEDCAR (CONTRACTOR) PERSONAL VEHICLE CAME UP THE ROAD ON THE WRONG SIDE HITTING EE HEAD ON. EMPLOYEE IS GOING IN FOR SURGERY ON HIS LEFT SHOULDER.
EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS STANDING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE POWER CABLE THAT THE SUPERVISOR WAS PULLING WITH HIS PICKUP. HE STATED THAT THE CABLE HIT HIM KNKOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND, AND WH EN HE FELL, HE STRUCK HIS SHOULDER ON THE HARD ROCK GROUND.
