777 haul truck operator was jarred around in the cab due to excavator loading the HT made contact with headache rack. Employee was checked and released to full duty. 5/1 employee reported symptoms what was thought to be a personal medical. On 5/11 EE received restrictions may be linked to 4/26. Employee has been referred to a neurologist, results are forthcoming.

Large rock dropped into bed of haul truck and jarred drivers lower back. Driver told supervisor he was fine and left for home. He then complained of soreness at the next shift

After loading at the 112 shovel, Haul Truck 262 passed the pole bridge and went over a rough patch of road. The truck was traveling approximately 9 MPH when operator was bounced around, jarring his back.
EE WAS OPERATING THE TANKHOUSE STRIPPER CRANE HARVESTING CATHODE. WHEN THE EE PLUGGED CRANE, THE POWER TO THE CRANE TRIPPED OUT. EE TRIED TO RESET THE POWER, BUT COULD NOT. THE CRANE FORCEFULL Y HIT THE CRANE STOP ON THE NORTH END OF THE BUILDING. THIS RESULTED IN DAMAGE TO THE CRANE STOPS AND JARRED THE OPERATOR INSIDE THE CRANE. EE SUSTAINED A LOWER BACK STRAIN.
