Removing shaft from S-60 Derrick Stiff Leg crane draw works. Shaft slid inside and at the same time shifting weight upwards. Injury either tried to hold the shaft and it pulled him in or he did not have time to get out of the way, smashing his left forearm between the shaft flange and draw works.
