Injured EE(1) instructed EE(2)(Tower Operator) to bump the conveyor on to dislodge a rock. EE(1) had gone back to the tail-pulley and after the "bump" saw a rock and reached in to remove it, at that moment EE(2) "bumped" the conveyor again, pinching EE(1)'s left index finger in the pulley.
