EE WAS IN LINE TO DUMP AT THE BY-PASS WHEN ANOTHER TRUCK EXITING THE DUMP CLIPPED THE FRONT OF EE'S TRUCK, RESULTING IN EE HITTING HIS KNEE AGAINST THE STEERING WHEEL.
