While hauling & piling topsoil; reclaiming, with TS 24 Pan, rear slipped and began to slowly roll over. Pan rolled completly over once with operator buckled in. Pan then set upright long enough for operator to unbuckle and dismount. Pan continued to roll down slope. Operator landed on right shoulder & right side ribs.

It had been raining a roads were wet. One truck slip down a ramp and hit EE truck. The right rear corner causing a slight bump to the truck. He said he his his head as a result of the other truck hitting his truck.
Was walking across the shop parking area headed to the office at 6:00 am when it was dark. another ee was backing pick-up truck out of shop bay toward office. the driver of the truck said he was dark and he did not see EE walking toward the office tuntil he hit him, knocking him to the ground. hit in left shoulder area.
