TRUCK DRIVER SAID HE SEEN HIM COMIONG AND STARTED S OUNDING AIR HORN ON COAL TRUCK. LOADER NEVER STOPPED, SO COAL TRUCK DRIVER STOPPED AND LOADER KEPT COMING AND RAN INTO THE LOADED COAL TRUCK.
