THE EE WAS STANDING BESIDE THE TAIL PIECE WATCHING FOR BAD SPLICES IN THE BELT. HE HAD HIS HAND LAYING ON TOP OF THE SPILL BOARD WHEN A SPLICE CAME THREW AND HIT THE SPILL BOARD CAUSING IT TO JAM INTO THE TOP. IT CUT THE PINKY FINGER OFF ONHIS LEFT HAND JUST BEHIND THE FINGERNAIL AND THERING FINGER 1/2 WAY BETWEEN THE 1ST & 2ND JOINT.
MANTRIP WAS ON ITS WAY TO THE SECTION WHEN THEY STOPPED TO FIX A BROKEN WATER LINE. WHEN MEN RELOADED TO CONTINUE ON ONE MNA GOT ON TOP OF THE BATTERIES CAUSING SEVERAL BROKEN BONES.
EE WAS OPERATING A JOY 1415CM MINER WHEN A PIECEOF DRAW ROCK FELL FROM BETWEEN THE BOLTS & THE BIGHT RIB STRIKING HIM ON THE RIGHT LEG & FOOT.

EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING A ENDLOADER UP TO COPELAND MINE WHEN HE MET A SCOOP COMING DOWN THE HILL HE STOPPED THE LOADER TO BACK UP AND THE AIRLINE GOING TO THE RT FRONT WHEEL BUSTED CAUSING IT TO L OSOE THE AIR PRESSURE. HE BUILT THE PRESSURE BACK UP AND TRIED TO MOVE THE LOADER AGAIN AND LOST CONTROL OF IT OR LPANICED HE JUMPED OFF OF IT AND LANDED ON HIS LEFT SIDE, BRUISING HIS LEFT A
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATINGA BATTERY RMA CAR WHEN HE RAN OVER A ROCK LAYING IN THE ROADWAY AND INJURED HIS BACK.

EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A SIMMONS RAND 820 COAL HAULER, PUSHING ANOTHER 820. HIS BATTERY END AGAINST OTHER BUCKET END. BATTERY END CAME LOOSE FROM BUCKET END & DROPPED CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO HIT HIS HEAD AGAINST CANOPY.
