While driving a 10 wheel dump truck on a muddy road, injured slid sideways & struck sollid dry road causing the truck to turn over on it's side. The injured was wearing his seat belt, but hit the door with his shoulder & fractured it. ** The injured only works part time for the mine, two days a week.**
While operating an end dump truck, the alleged injured turned the truck over. He stated many times that he was not injured and refused to go to the emergency room/doctor to be checked out. He was tired for his activities causing him to turn the truck over. Two weeks later, an attorney contacted the company claiming numerous injures. (sore back, arm, etc)
WHILE OPERATING HIS END DUMP TRUCK ON THE DUST CONTROL WATERED ROAD, THE INJURED SLID ON THE WET ROAD INTO THE BERM AND ROLLED THE TRUCK OVER. A SMALL LACERATION IN HIS HEAD REQUIRED 2 STITCHES TO CLOSE.
