While operating the Caterpillar 785B haul truck, the Miner injured their back when the seat bottomed out when a dip in the road was encountered.
In order to dump a large rock from the bed of the Caterpillar haul truck, the Miner stopped short of the dump to unload on the top of the dump. The dump spotter misjudged the distance to berm causing the rock to rest on the berm and the tail of the truck when dumped. This caused the front of the truck to be jarred, injuring the Miner.
While working from a scissor lift stationed on the plant concrete floor, the Miner reached from the basket to access and replace a rubber boot. The shift of the Miner's weight caused the basket to shift and pinched the right hand of the Miner between the basket and the structure causing a fracture of the 5th metacarpal.
While attending the feeder station at the raw coal hopper, the Miner was positioning a timber for removal from the feeder. As the loader was filling the hoper with ROM, two pieces of rock or coal toppled the swing gate and struck the Miners right hand.
While staging awaiting to get loaded in the 777D haul truck by the PC3000 backhoe, the Miner's vehicle was backed into by another 777D haul truck that was staging at a perpendicular angle to the first truck causing damage to the hand railing and walkway. The Miner received a cervical strain from the impact.
While making rounds in the company site truck, the Foreman struck a rock in the dark with the front tire that caused the steering wheel to snap around. This resulted in a strain to left wrist and forearm and was diagnosed with torn ligaments.

While backing up to the dump, the miner backed through the berm causing the Caterpillar 777B haul truck to roll over onto the embankment, coming to rest on its canopy and nose. The miner was wearing seat belt, but received facial injuries during the rollover.

On the date above a Volvo BM L150 was dressing and pushing off a dump. A CAT 777 Haul truck was backing to the dump to drop a load. The loader operator didn't see the truck and backed into his path. The loader collided with the rear tire of the truck. The loader operator reported he jarred his back during the accident on 11/12/2010.
