INJURED WAS MOVING HIS CABLE ANCHOR FOR SHUTTLE CAR UP. THE CABLE REEL TURNED PULLING ANCHOR INTO THE BATWING WHICH CAUSED THE CHAIN ON THE ANCHOR TO STRIKE INJURED ACROSS FACE.
