H J Born Stone Inc · Over-exertion in lifting objects
THERE WERE NO WITNESSES TO THE INJURY. THE EE SAYS THAT HE WAS LIFTING A LARGE STONE. HE CLAIMED TO THE INSURANCE PEOPLE THAT HE HAD DONE SO FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BUT HE HAD ONLY BEEN EMPLOYED ABOUT 5 WKS. ALL OF OUR LARGE STONES ARE LIFTED BY CRANE OR FORKLIFT. WE THINK THIS IS TO BE A POSSIBLE HOME INJURY.
