EE WAS WORKING DAYSHIFT AT MINE OPERATING A LOADER(l220 VOLVO). EE EXITED LOADER, WALKED TO REAR, STOPPED,MADE ONE STEP BACKWARDS AND HIS RIGHT HIP FRACTURED AND HE FELL TO GROUND. THE WALKING, WORKING SURFACE WAS EVEN, CLEAN AND CLEAR OF ANY OBSTRUCTION. SUPERVISOR, NOTIFIED LOCAL AMBULANCE SERVICE TO COME TO LOCATION FOR CARE.
