Mechanic fell about 6 feet while working on customer-owned equipment. D11R. He lost his balance when he grabbed the filter bonnet which had been loosened. He fell on the tracks and landed on his right side. On the day of the incident, he finished his shift, bu awoke with his right arm stiff and swollen and his right hip and wrist sore.
