Employee was dismounting service truck cab, lost EE's grip on the vertical cab hand bar. Fell 39" to the ground and injured EE's left shoulder and arm.

Individual was just arriving for duty and parked her vehicle in the visitors parking lot. Individual grabbed her bag and put on her PPE's. The individual closed the vehicle door and began walking toward the walkway near the jersey barriers when she slipped on black ice and fell down on her side. The individual injured her ankle. She suffered a minor fracture to her left ankle.
