Showing all 4Employee was greasing equipment at start of shift about daylight. EE moved the grease bucket and stepped backwards off a 1-2 foot drop twisting their right knee and right ankle.
Employee sprained left ankle while walking on uneven terrain. The employee reported a prior history of a rupture of the achilles tendon in the same ankle so it is suspected that they may have re-injured it. It is also suspected that they may have an ongoing infection from the previous injury within the achilles tendon.
Employee was moving a saw blade, tripped and fell and sprained wrist.
