EE was walking in mud about 15" deep and lost EE's balance. EE's left foot was stuck in the mud and twisted EE's knee while trying to catch self from falling. EE continued to work and on 3-12-25 it was getting worse and we took EE to get it checked.

Loading stock on the bolter. Slipped on a piece of brattice. Slipped backwards and felt a pinch in lower back.

stepped off of an overcast panel and onto a Kennedy stopping panel and twisted EE's left ankle

slipped in a mudhole, tried to twist and jump out, EE's foot was stuck and EE twisted to jump out and EE's knee popped. EE worked at EE's normal duty's and went to doctor again on 7/18. Doctor ordered an MRI. EE is off work until results come back.

Employee was pre-shifting 1N belt and caught hard hat on the mesh and twisted left knee. Employee heard and felt it pop.
