OPERATOR SLIPPED ON THE WET CATWAKL OF A CATERPILLAR D9H TRACK TIE DOZER AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE SUSTAINED A BROKEN RIB AND A SLIGHT CONCUSSION.

HE WAS CLIMBING DOWNT HE LADDER OF THE ROCK TRUCK AT THE END OF HIS SHIFT. HIS FOOT CAUGHT ON THE LADDER AND HE FELL BACKWARDS ONTO THE GROUND BREAKING HIS UPPER RIGHT ARM.
