EMPLOYEE WAS PAGED ON TELEPHONE. AFTER TALKING ON A PHONE. HE TURNED AND STEPPED ON 4" PLASTIC WATER LINE SUPPLYING WATER TO SECTION, CAUSING THE VICTIM TO FALL. WHEN EH FEL LHIS LEG FOLEDED UNDER AND HSI BODY WEIGHT CAME DOWN ON HIS LEG WHILE IT WAS ACROSS WATER LINE.
