Showing all 6As employee approached a ladder to descend from a dragline, he lost his footing and fell onto the dragline "shoe"; he fell on the same level at which he was walking. He was given treatment by EMTs and taken to the emergency room. Employee has sore back muscles and ribs.
While carrying lunch pail in one hand, was holding on to climb down rail on front end loader with other hand. Missed bottom step with foot, was still holding onto handrail and stretched. Employer was informed by employee on 5/7/2010 that this incident caused a tear in rotator cuff.
