Trespasser came on mine property and fell over highwall to quarry floor. No mining employees or equipment were on site. Police investigation under process.

Employee was walking in the quarry and fell down, his legs were going numb, he went to the doctor the next day and they found a bulging disc in his neck, they operated the next day. He feels that the injury was partially due to the uneven quarry floor but mostly due to many years of loader operation on varying terrains.

Removing fuel nozzle from fuel tank at end of fueling operation. ee slipped as the nozzle was being pulled out. he fell backward on to the side of a bucket of another loading pantead nearby.
