Employee was walking in the quarry and fell down, his legs were going numb, he went to the doctor the next day and they found a bulging disc in his neck, they operated the next day. He feels that the injury was partially due to the uneven quarry floor but mostly due to many years of loader operation on varying terrains.

MINER WAS WELDING ON ROLLS TO BUILD UP BEADS. HE BRIFLY LOOKED AT THE WELDING OPERATION WITH HIS HELMET OFF. BOTH EYES WERE SLIGHTLY BURNED.
