Employee was walking across railroad track, twisted knee, and felt pain. He was examined by physician on 7/06/09.Returned to work with no restrictions.On 11/11/09 he complained of knee pain and requested follow-up with doctor. On 11/12/09 he was examined by doctor and given a shot.As of 11/12/09 this injury became reportable.
