EE was walking back to loader which was parked near a 5ft ledge. As EE was climbing in EE placed hand on the loader to get in, slipped and lost balance. EE fell backwards down the ledge.

Showing all 17Employee was walking down an area where rock had been quarried and ground was unstable when they slipped down and fell back on their hands. They injured their right hand due to trying to catch their fall.
EE was in the quarry walking to fix a cutter and slipped on some ice. When EE fell, EE landed on hands to try and catch self and ended up injuring left shoulder/pectoral.
Employee was carrying a rock and stepped back onto unstable ground and his leg went out, causing him to hurt his knee. This causing him pain in his leg and knee.

Employee slipped on some ice. He fell to the ground and struck his knee on a rock buried under the snow. Prescribed Naproxen and put on lifting and walking restrictions.
Employee was stacking stone onto a pallet. He was backing up and tripped over another pallet. He fell and the stone he was carrying landed on his finger.

EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OUT OF A TRUCK. HE STEPPED ON A BOARD AND THE BOARD ROLLED CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS ANKLE. TREATMENT CONSISTED OF NAPROSYN.
HE WAS DISMOUNTING A FRONT-END LOADER AND STEPPED ON A ROUND-SHAPED ROCK WHICH CAUSED HIS KNEE TO TWIST.
EE WAS CARRYING A BOX OF HEAVY TOOLS 80 LBS DOWN A STEEP, ROCKY SLOPE WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL AND THE TOOLBOX FELL ON HIS HAND.
EE WAS DISMOUNTING FROM A TRUCK WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED FROM THE STEP. EE GRABBED ONTO BAR ON SIDEOF TRUCK AND FELT A PULL IN HIS ARM.
