Employee walked down a ramp along side of a screen, at the bottom of the ramp is one step down to a platform. When the employee stepped onto the platform his left knee gave out on him. Employee stated there was no material on the platform and he was looking at the platform when he stepped onto it. The doctor diagnosed him with a sprained left knee.

EE WAS CHANGING MESH OR SIZING SCREEN - HE ATTEMPTED TO CROSS TO OPPOSITE SIDE OF SCREEN DECK AND SLIPPED DURING TRANSITION. HE FELL (SAME LEVEL) ON SCREEN METAL FRAME PUNCTURING HIS LEG. EXISTING WALKWAY SHOULD HAVE BEEN USED.
