Employee was driving water truck on feed deck wetting down stockpile. He backed up and started spraying again when the left front tire hit a rock and spun the steering wheel sharply, jamming his right wrist before he could let go of the wheel.

THIS INCIDENT WAS CAUSED BY EE'S OWN ACTIONS, A STRAIN TO HIS UPPER NECK.
