While dismounting from the track backhoe, employee missed a step with his right foot. He twisted his left knee and felt a pop. There wasn't any witnesses. No medical treatment at this time. The knee is sore and may see a doctor is it persists or gets worse.

He was standing on a ladder using a torch to cut a piece of metal on the jaw, he lost his balance a little and while regaining balance the torch was in his right hand and it went over his left hand (he then regained balance on the ladder again).

WELDING ON SURGE BIN AT NORTHROP QUARRY STANDING ON UNLEVER SURFACE FOOT WAS ON BELT AND SLIPPED AND FOOT SLID DOWN BELT THE TWISTED LOWER BACK. CAUSING BACK SPASMS NOTE WORKED REST OF DAY. NE XT DAY AND MONDAY TUES, WED OF NEXT WEEK BEFORE SEEKING MEDICAL ADVICE.
