The 2 men were on a catwalk that collapsed and dropped them 10' to a conveyor which they bounced off of and fell another 7' to plant grade. EE had a concussion and a cut to head and foot and was held in hospital 2 days, Co-worker was released.

While performing maintenance, employee stepped down off of the tail frame of the secondary cone supply conveyor. Employee lost his grip on the handrail and fell approximatly 30" on to the edge of a concrete block, fracturing his left hip.
