Showing all 4Employee was drilling on a rock and he stepped on a piece of grout rock that moved causing him to fall, bending his knee at an awkward angle.
Ee was standing on a large block of granite, trying to break off a piece of the rock. When the piece of ther ock broke off it caused the block to shake slightly. He felt he was losing his balance. He dropped down to his knees to catch himself and struck his knee on the same granite rock. His fall was from a standing to a kneeling position.
Ee is not an employee of missouri red. he went to flip a 4" strp loose from the trailer. the strap did not unhook, causing him to lose his balance. he fell approx. 4 feet to the ground, laning on his right side.
