Showing all 5Employee was attempting to get into the wheel loader with muddy boots. When he got onto the step or ladder of the loader, he slipped and hit his right knee on the step and fell to the ground. He did not seek medical attention until 11/20/07. He was treated & released.
EE was attempting to get down from the generator trailed by using a ladder. When he put his foot on the top rung, the ladder kicked out from under him. He fell approx 5' to the ground and landed on his right side.
Employee was assisting the mechanic in repairing the loader. He was attempting to tighten a nut and when the wrench slipped off the nut he lost his footing and fell from the front fender to the ground and landed on top of a come-along tool.
EE WAS STEPPING DOWN OFF OF THE EUCLID DUMP TRUCK AFTER CHECKING THE ANTI FREEZE LEVEL IN THE ENGINE. HE STEPPED ONTO THE BUMPER AND THEN ONTO THE STEP AND LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL ONTO THE G ROUND. HE STATED THAT HE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HIS KNEE AND IT WAS POSSIBLE HIS KNEE GAVE OUT.
