EMPLOYEE STATES THAT AS HE WAS CHECKING PART NUMBERS OF A TEREX 2766B HAUL TRUCK, THE SAFETY CHAIN ON THE HOOD BROKE. THIS CAUSED HIM TO FALL TO THE GROUND, CAUSING A LACERATION TO HIS FACE. HE WAS EXAMINED AND EIGHT SUTURES WERE APPLIED AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS RELEASED TO RETURN TO WORK FULL DUTY.
