EE was stepping down from a lowboy trailer when he began to slide down a short embankment that he was parked next to. He slid only about 12 inches but when the sliding stopped, his weight shifted on his downhill side leg causing pain in his right knee. He was able to work until it was not getting better and had surgery. Released to full duty as of 11/16/2015.

Showing all 3While working in the shop, he tripped on 4 x 4 dunnage and jammed his shoulder trying to break his fall. He has continued to work until last week when he kept complaining of discomfort. He finally went to see a doctor and was diagnosed with a slight tear of a tendon. He underwent surgery this past Friday, February 8th, 2013.
