Employee was taking a box of used air filters/oil filters weight approximately 40 pounds off the side of EE's truck and was turning to throw in the dumpster when as EE turned stepped on some uneven ground causing EE's right foot / ankle to roll losing EE's balance falling to the ground and with the entire weight of EE's body and the box caused EE's right ankle to dislocate.

Report Only. Our policy is to report all incident and accidents.
Dismounting hoe & stepped onto stumped mound of dirt. Slipped off stump & his left leg caught between stumped dirt mound & hoe track. Taken to ER. MRI showed nothing but was to have physical therapy & light duty till cleared by Dr. Returned to work under company's Back to Work Program on 7/17/07 for light duty at scalehouse.
