EE HAD GONE UP ON CATWALK TO COLLECT SAMPLES. AS SHE WAS COMING BACK DOWN, SHE SLIPPED ON MUD ON CATWALK. SHE TWISTED HER HIP AS SHE BEGAN TO FALL, BUT CAUGHT HERSELF AND DID NOT FALL COMPLETE LY DOWN.

EE WAS CHANGING SCREENS WHEN HE LEANED ON A HAND RAIL WHICH BROKE. HE FELL ABOUT 8 FEET ONTO A CONVEYOR LANDING ON HIS LEFT ARM. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM WHERE HE WAS X RAYED AND REC A SPRAINED LEFT SHOULDER AND FRACTURED LEFT WRIST.
